The content of this paper is divided into two aspects:one is the Tibetan translation of "What is anthropology";the second is the theoretical analysis of translation.The book "What is Anthropology?" is a Ph.D.supervisor at Peking University,an Institute of Sociology and Anthropology at Peking University,a Distinguished Professor of Ethnology and Sociology at the Central University for Nationalities,and an Editor-in-Chief of China Anthropological Review,presided over by China Anthropology Review.People,written by Professor Wang Mingming,director of the Center for Anthropology and Ethnology Research at the Central University for Nationalities.This book is one of a series of books on "What is Humanities and Social Sciences?" and was published by Peking University Press in June 2001.It has become a must-read for all schools in the country and is well received by teachers and students of anthropology majors.It won the National Library Award in 2003.ANTHROPOLOGY is a group of subjects that conduct comprehensive research on human beings from the perspective of biology and culture.It is a discipline that studies human origin,behavior,beliefs,customs,and social organization.This book seeks to achieve a combination of relativity and universality.From the perspective of general anthropology,the author enters the "other's vision," and then proceeds from the "other's gaze" to the "common sense" of lifestyle and then enters the principle of social composition.Finally,the basic understanding and value of anthropology are elaborated.The author bases his views on the famous anthropologists at home and abroad,and gives examples of the myths,customs,systems,and history that are representative of each country and nation.The author also expounded and demonstrated the author's own easy-to-understand point of view.This book is a new discipline for Tibetan studies,so it can fill gaps in the study of anthropology in Tibetan studies and can provide theoretical guidance for research on Tibetan culture and local customs and practices from different perspectives.The development and popularization of Tibetan studies.Promoting the dissemination and exchange of cultures among different ethnic groups is conducive to creating a rich and harmonious society.It can also make correct explanations and explanations for various cultural phenomena or provide more reliable theoretical basis for the study of the potential culture and customs of the nation.It can also serve as a guide for beginners in anthropology.The second part is the theoretical analysis of the translation of the book,mainly from the five aspects to discuss and comment on:First,the author introduces;Second,the purpose and significance of the work introduction and Tibetan translation;Third,the process of translation works;Fourth,the translation of this article Later translation analysis and experience of the experience;Fifth,the conclusion.It elaborates the method and theoretical basis for the translation of nouns,sentences,and symbols in the original text,providing favorable suggestions and references for future translation work.
