"Belief" is a multi-disciplinary research topic. When we study it in a different discipline or from a different perspective, we will get a different understanding or come to a different conclusion. This paper discussed the topic from the perspective of Marxist epistemology. At first, definite the conception of belief, then, use the Marxist concept of knowledge, truth and practical to analyze the relationships between the belief and knowledge, belief and truth, belief and behavior. The subject (people) is no doubt the basis and premise of belief, expressing belief by dominant or recessive ways. Belief is both a realization and a concept, but they are different. Saying belief is the realization is from the perspective of the results of the realization, but it is not belief. The concept is different from the belief, just an essential part of belief, but not all.Belief is the rational basis of knowledge. If the proposition is recognized by a person, it will become an individual belief; and if the individual belief is recognized by community, it will become knowledge. Only if we have belief, we can search for knowledge and make knowledge possible. If we have no such bridge or intermediary, the activities of realization will not be carried out or completed.Similarly, the belief also plays an important role in the formation and development of the correct realization, i.e. the truth. From the subject, the forming of belief is an important part, and the truth has formed through belief, which was adopted by the subject as the interpretation, evaluation, conclusion or projection about the real nature of the thing. The belief is true or false, but it is true to the subject, who believes in it. There is no true belief which is convinced, there is no formation and development of truth. It is significant that belief is true or not. It concerns whether we can find the source of the world, whether we can find the objective law of the things, and whether we can make the right decisions and take effective actions. Belief as the guiding principle reflected in the whole behavior process, from the pre-design to the post-evaluation. Somebody's beliefs can be speculated through the behaviors of him, or his behaviors can be explained through his beliefs. And also we can predict his behaviors in the specific context through somebody's beliefs.
