Copper Kiln National Archaeological Park Construction Project Feasibility Study

Cultural heritage is the testimony and important carrier of thousands of years in China's civilization history. They represents the abundant traditional culture and development history of Chinese nation, which has irreplaceable overall value and position, the millennium ancient kiln—hangsha Tong GuanYao is one of them. Along with the change of society, especially modern industrialization and the acceleration of urbanization, the same as many sites in the world, Tong GuanYao sites are facing with the threat and destruction from the rapid development of modern industrial. Therefore based on the existing Changsha Tong GuanYao sites area,we are planning to building the " Changsha Tong GuanYao national archaeological site park" including cultural relics, education, scientific research, travel, leisure and other functions,it appears very necessary.Based on the development of domestic and foreign feasibility study for theoretical guidance, by using quantitative and qualitative analysis, integrating theory and practice method, in combination with the specific characteristics of the project, We deeply and systematically do reasearch on the construction project feasibility study of of Tong GuanYao national park. This article introuduces the basic situation, characteristics of projec from the construction and compilation unit, principle, the site selection of Tong GuanYao. Emphasis on analysis the Tong GuanYao project plan from five parts:the archaeological site protection, cultural heritage demonstrated, engineering construction, organization structure and labor over-staff and implementation schedule and the bidding scheme. The project investment and construction investment, total investment and the current funds, cost and funds self-raised funds resources are also calculated and analyzed. Finally we carried out in-depth analysis on project financial benefit and social evaluation, including financial estimates, benefit evaluation, social benefit evaluation and risk analysis, and put forward corresponding preventive measures. The paper have a clear, distinct structure and the project is also feasibility.
