The 10-year Great Cultural Revolution not only brought people and matter great effect at the same time,had a tremendous impact.for the future generations directly or indirectly.The Great Cultural Revolution spread to the scope of the profound impact of the world rarely seen.The massive and wrong political movement that was guided by the erroneous ideology and used reactionarily and arbitrarily by a small nomber of ill.It made a unprecedented political storm,the storm swept he whole of China in a very short period of time,which not only resulted in people's unprecedented chaos in the general thinking, but also took many wounds in people's hearts and minds that difficult to heal,and even caused irreparable losses for China's economic, cultural, educational and other development.From the central to the local,big-character poster, big linking up, attack ... ... strong political shock wave liked the hurricane overwhelmingly sweep through the vast land of China,all over the country set off a strong upsurge of revolution,the workers no longer working, the students no longer having classes, the farmers no longer careing farming,……the broad masses of the people with the extreme excitement of spirit, without exception, were involved in this unprecedented and vigorous Cultural Revolution.All kinds of causes of the whole country was hindered and forced to halt overall.Xinjiang province which was in the depth of the northwestern frontier of the motherland'sinland area also suffered the heavy blow and the great loss to be difficult restored in economy,culture,education and other respects in this disaster,especially in the field of the education.The primary and secondary schools of Xinjiang have never received an adequate attention in the art education for a long time. Although all levels of schools in Xinjiang have art classes, but the strength of the full-time art teachers are always actual vulnerable point and art teachers's teaching ability and quality are also different, and therefore all kinds of art talents that the social need are extremely limited. As a side of the humanistic quality training, Xinjiang's art education was also stepping into a regular period after the educational reform in the Great Cultural Revolution. But the ten years disaster made Xinjiang's art education that just came back to life was grounded again. But didn't mean the whole of Xinjiang's art education was therefore completely disrupted, because there were still some schools, teachers and educators with the firm beliefs to train the talent for the country garrisoned the sacred posts, which also included a considerable number of art educators, local teachers, artists, art lovers, and volunteers wanted to change the backward appearance of Xinjiang,and some sent experts to a labour camp for corrections , scholars, as well as some foreign artists in exile. All of these people in that particular and difficult time together formed an unique landscapes and a special strength of art education. Under their joint efforts Xinjiang's art education wasn't wholly died out,but was passed down tenaciously and indomitably and was well-reputed in the curel and turbulent situation.
