Nowadays living in such a highly developed society with fierce competition and unbalanced environment, people are constantly exposed to great psychological pressure. Freud's psychoanalysis view thinks that the whole human civilization is formed through self-repression. Horney, a famous western psychologist, reveals that as human culture develops, it also brings more anxiety. Each year hundreds of millions of people suffer so much from anxiety and depression that nearly one million people commit suicide successfully. China is also a high suicide rate country. The horrible psychological diseases, in essence, is a silent war without bullets between human spirit and itself.Suicide has always been a serious social and highly controversial issue. There have been various forms of research into it but no perfect conclusion for the most essential reason of suicide reached:the theories and models all have advantages and disadvantages. From the Buddhist perspective, this paper starts from Buddhist teachings and texts and discusses theories based on Buddhist Karma and causation, the reincarnation of life and death, the origin concept, which refers to Buddhist views of life, death and value systems. In the discussion, special attention is paid to earlier research results which study present social reality together with western psychology and sociology. Meanwhile, certain exploration is made into the physiological and psychological characteristics of people from external and internal dimensions. Hopefully that lingering fate be answered through this Buddhism religious aspects and its practice system.
