Shuo Wen Jie Zi, writtened by Xv Shen, according to the principles of"arrangements decided by parts"and"making connections on the basis of part", makes thousands of characters under 540 parts. The Contemporary Chinese Dictionary, however, makes characters which have been simplified under different parts, making many characters irrelevant in meaning under the same part. The right relevant characters in meaning might be concluded under different semantical fields and parts, as a result. Characters belong to Yue Part in The Contemporary Chinese Dictionary is one special kind comparing to the other kinds. The originals of these characters belong to Yue Part correlate to the meaning of"Yue", and"Rou""Dan""Zhou"also. We take characters belong to Yue Part in The Contemporary Chinese Dictionary as examples, do some conclusions on the basis of semantics about Yue Part, Which aims to make a better illustration about the relationships of semantics and parts under one part. Throughout the course of tracing the characters of Yue Part in The Contemporary Chinese Dictionary back to Shuo Wen Jie Zi, we find that the meaning of Yue Part in different dictionaries are not corresponding .In addition, we find some rules of evolvement on Yue Part, during the course of tracing Yue Part in The Contemporary Chinese Dictionary, which makes an supplementary effect on character education and information treatment. The thesis would illustrate the special cultural essences on Yue Part from the viewpoints of"cultural and recognition"and"cultural and language"...
