'the end of art','the conclusion','the art history is over',are always besides our ears in the contemporary of art and aesthetics.'the end of art'is being a hot and difficult academic issues, does art end? Why the art is in the end? What meaning of the end of art?,all of this become the core issues which sholars must reflect. This paper is focus on'the theory about the end of art'is what kind of appearance exists by two centuries of development,what kind of role does art is palying by the emergence of the artistic crisis,this two question have practical significance for study characteristics and problems on postmodernist.This paper analyse the proposes and the occurrence of the theory about the end of art,and pay a comprehensive study on combining the significance of philosophy and art with artistic reality by the postmodernist.We have two conclusions:first,art cannot be ending.second, personality of artistic cannot adjust to the modern'personality with abstract, alienation and non-free,on this condition , artistic cannot blending with reality, subject have no destination.
