Understanding Of The Traditional Understanding Of Marx's Materialist Conception Of History

By means of viewing Marx basic interpretation for the development of human history, and analyzing the way of Marx investigating human history, this paper aims at clarifying the key spirit that human being is the core of history. And then though analyzing the varied predicaments of traditional historical materialism characterized by discarding this key spirit, this paper points out that the causes of these predicaments lie in dogmatic and lopsided misunderstanding to Marx historical materialism. In addition, using the double measure of value and science thought, this paper analyzes the essence in anuscript and erman ideology and sets up the internal relation between them. And then with alienation labour and division of labour as the clue, this paper reveals the fact that alienation labour caused by the total alienation of social history results in human total alienation, and re-showed logically the forming process of historical materialism, which is in accordance with the society of total alienation. Moreover, by orienting historical materialism as the negative link in the whole development of human history, the paper forecasts its inevitable fate of being surpassed and discarded. On the basis of the correct understanding of historical materialism, on one hand, we can make objective evaluation for it's historical effect; On the other hand, we can solve the predicaments that historical materialism faces, and besides, we can also offer a strong prerequisite of historical view for the view of social development which must occur abruptly in the modernization building of our country.
