This dissertation tempts into combining Maxism's viewson practice with modern linguistic theories of the West, and bases on themodern linguistic thinking of the combinaton. These theories include:I the views on identical character of language and thinking; â…¡language is a dialectical integration of general character and individualcharacter; â…¢ the development of language has two-side essentialfeatures, one is synchrony and the other is diachrony; IV languagehas inner character of social existence and practice of living. On thislogic base, the author puts forward the view on identical trend oflanguage's development, investigates its social cause, analyses bycombining it with contemporary society's trend in political, economyand culture area, studies the affecting with each other. The dissertationretrospectives the facts that the formation of dominant logins in thefeature of language's general character, furthermore, the language intechnological times changes into peculiar ideology This conditionjugulars the terms of developing negative and creative thinking, causesthe lack of negative and creative thinking, the lack of the motiveforces of language's development.The author suggests: the correct realize of language's individualcharacter development should be strengthened. While the basic functionof language's promoting communication is guaraneed, we shouldprovide individual language to dispel the negative effects caused bylanguage's identical trend.
