Deng Xiaoping's Economic Ethics

Economic ethics refers to a variety of relations formed in economic activities and all the ethical norms and principles which coordinate these relations. It is a special category in the domain of morality. Deng X iaoping thought on economic ethics is a new stage of development of Marxist ideology of economic ethics in China. Deng抯 thought on economic ethics, from a macroscopic point of view, expounds the relation between economy and morality and economic morality, norms, and principles in socialist market economy. Deng抯 unique personality is a subjective element in the shaping of his thought on economic ethics. Part Two The Main Ideas of Deng Xiaoping Thought on Economic Ethics Deng Xiaoping has inclusively and systematically elaborated on some issues during the building of economics ethics at the initial stage of socialism. Through his elaboration on the true nature of socialism, Deng has defended socialism in terms of morality from the two angles of development and equity, putting forward 損rosperity for all?as an objective .3 of values. Deng Xiaoping has upheld Marxist historical materialism and worked out a solution to the conflict between justice and benefit by taking into account the people抯 interests, thus establishing a scientific concept of justice and benefit.
