AbstractHan Dynasty is a very important historic period inChinese history. Because of the peaceful development innearly four hundred years, various social phenomena couldbe fully laid out. As everyone knows, the Confucianthoughts began to become the guiding ideology of theFeudal Society in Han Dynasty, and the Confucian ethical. standards began to infiltrate into different social fields. The. Confucianism had constantly discriminated against women,so their thoughts would certainly exert influence womenlives of Han Dynasty. Therefore, it is quite necessary toresearch the women lives during this period of time.This article systematically studies the political. ?economic educational and married lives of Han Dynasty.Through the research, we could find out: in almost alI Iifefields, the women of Han Dynasty were oppressed andfettered by the Feudal ethical code, but they consciously orunconsciously pounding at it by different ways, and theiractions delayed the course that the Feudal ethical codefettered women. We understand that, only women unitetogether and barely resist gender discrimination, can theyachieve their own final emancipation.
