In the developing history of Chinese classical poetry, Zhou Bangyan is regarded as an authority in the Ci Poetry world. His poems are noted for not only easy and graceful writing but elegant and graceful style. He is the great master for both Northern and Southern Song Dynasty. The perfect artistic style of his poems makes great influence to the following generations, until the Qing Dynasty. As the point of view of acceptance aesthetics, in this paper, the analysis should be viewed in the three following aspects:1. Normal readers' enjoyment and appreciation.2. The theoretic explains of ideologues.3. The affection to the following authors. In this paper, the acceptance process of Qing Zhen Ci in the Song Dynasty is observed: from obscure name to great prestige, which reflects the approval to Qing Zhen Ci's writing-style.His poems are good at presentation of ideas, arrangement of structure, which is contrary to the Northern Song Dynasty's general mood and well received by numerous authors in the Southern Dynasty. Because with the change of writing-style and field of aesthetic vision, the appraisal standard also changed. The acceptance process of Qing Zhen Ci for two hundred years reflects not only the change of aesthetics and Poetry's regular pattern, but the abundance and great potentialities of acceptance. It is not in balance between the narrow content and perfect form in his works , but Zhou Bangyan established the new artistic standard to make Ci Poetry different from the other literary forms and remain its true nature.
