While thinking over creation and cultivation of educational concept on modem morality, one has to consider the very issue that the strengthening of one's subjective consciousness is reversely proportional to the effectiveness of the morality education by traditional schools. Hence the generation of morality standard and education on morality standard, which are approved by scientific means. Therefore, the human subjective generation, as the basis for the development of education on morality standard ,is of prominent importance.The probe into the education on morality standard and human subjective generation, with its step-by-step logic analysis, tries its best to combine coinage with heritage, and theory with practice, and roots the theory of subjective generation form philosophy into issues about morality education from ethics, targeting at the strengthening effectiveness of morality education in practice.At present, the nature of morality standard is trending form external restrain towards inherent consciousness, and to wards the agreement between reason and humanity, which has laid a solid foundation for modem morality education and provided it with a vigorous theoretical presupposition, subjective morality generation is not only a break through the traditional education on morality, but also a response to the modem age. it is essential for us to affirm human beings as subjects, to stimulate the subjective consciousness from human beings, to put the emphasis on exploring the subjective ability and to broaden the space in which subjective generation of human morality develops, from the point of view of dialectical materialism, the education on morality standard and subjective generation of human beings both supplement each other and restrain each other, the education on morality can both stimulate and regulate the subjective generation of human beings on morality, at the same time, the subjective generation on morality is the necessity for the development of the education on morality standard, in other words, it is the sole purpose.
