Studies On Venturing Ethics&Education

When getting into the21st century, the trend of being international, networking and knowledge to be capitalizable is becoming more and more popular. Higher education is facing new challenge and deep innovation in such background and venturing education especially venturing ethnics education will be of great importance in the current time.China has speed efforts to building up socialist market economy since1980s; meanwhile many entrepreneurs devoted to the marketing field from which many problems in ethics happen because of the individual interest. These issues in ethics have gradually become an important factor in building up social intellectual and ideological development system. Now venturing is playing more and more important roles in people’s life while few people emphasize on ethics in venturing. Ethics in venturing is to put morality on venturing itself which can shape a standard that all behaviors in venturing should keep. The strength of ethics is powerful even in people’s daily life many can be effected. For an entrepreneur, to organize its own company in this situation will be definitely in the competitive circle and accordingly they have to keep this morality standard and self discipline. This paper has summarized some creative ideas in venturing education based on much information although currently a little research in the venturing ethics.With the development of higher education, it has becoming an exorable trend in strengthening venturing ethics cultivation and education and also an important education goal. This paper studies on the meaning of venturing ethics education, the current situation of college students in venturing ethics and education and then proposes the improving way to strengthen the venturing ethics education of college students. By this paper, the author hope that it can offer some constructive suggestion which promotes research and development in venturing ethics of China.
