| To abandon enslavement and achieve freedom and to realize nature, society, man sustaining development have been the aims that human beings are diligently striving after all along. Though, for a long time, the condition of human existence has gradually improved, and the ways of enterprise management have greatly changed, the main idea-regarding human as the implement of enterprise -has remained the same as before. It has been proved that such management can neither be the requirement needed by man's free development, nor realize sustaining development of enterprises. The purpose of this dissertation is to do profitable research into future direction of the development of man and enterprise management on the base of former enterprise management theory, by analyzing the condition of human existence, social cultural value trend and enterprise morphology. Aesthetic theory, enterprise management theory and the theory of human development are comprehensively applied. It is written in order that human and enterprise management can develop towards their ideal direction, i.e. aesthetic human and aesthetic management of enterprise.There are 3 sections:1) Existence condition of natural man and management idea of empiric in agricultural times.In agricultural times, man and man, man and the nature, man and himself existed in the form of interconnected structure. From the viewpoint of the relationship between man and the nature, the contrast between man's power and that of nature makes man rely on the nature. The alliance of men was also just fighting against it. As for individual , he has possessed the basic abilities of understanding, assessment and aesthetic with the help of the development of productive force. But these abilities cold not get reasonable development and they still existed in a state of chaos. Man of that times was correspondingly in a perceptual, natural state and regard his natural development as the value trend. As for enterprise morphology, there were only workshops similar to enterprise ina family or group , no typical ones. We can call them growing enterprises. The management of these workshops showed empiric feature. There were neither definite division responsibility nor effective management way. No matter the man, the seeds of enterprises and the rudimentary management were in the primitive , disorder , perceptual and empiric state , characterized by relative nonaction .2) Existence condition of one dimensional man and 'scientific' management theory inindustrial times.In industrial times the improvement of science and technology resulted in further development of productive force, which caused the change of human existence. Technology has now become the dominant power and means which we use to deprive and conquer the nature. Thus man's dependence upon others has been replaced by upon machinery and technology. Both human perceptual and rational knowledge move ahead greatly for the first time, but its one-sideness eventually emerged. Under this circumstance man has been alienated and turned into one dimensional one controlled by popular culture combined with technology sensitivity and consumption-first idea. The law of value has changed into the yardstick measuring everything in the world. And the logic of money has taken charge of human mind. At this time, the typical morphology of enterprise appear, which takes profit as the ultimate aim. And it is well organized and the division is clear, but it is subject to discontinuous development. Furthermore, this 'scientific' management which blindly runs after advanced technology and efficiency adds fuel to the fire. All these lead to short sight of enterprise and one-sided development of man.3) The trend of human development and future direction of enterprise management in intellectual economic times-aesthetic man and aesthetic management of enterprise.With the rapid development of human and technology, intellectual economic times begins to come.
