An Exploration Of The Naturalism Management Ideology In 《Tao Te Ching》

This paper centered on how to induce the philosophy of naturalism,which was discovered by Lao-tzu,the founder of Taoism,into management theory.All the study are based on dialectical materialism,stated from Lao-tzu's master piece--《Tao Te Ching》,After systematically analyzing,summarizing of the similar naturalism ideas, in relative subjects including management,I found my own expression of"naturalism management".The most innovative part of this paper was that 1 took the research from some different perspective,the research of management are tended to find the way of"how to do it well",other than what Lao-tzu was advocated-"take no action,but to conform the natural way",In recent years,lots of reforms adapted this kind of"reduce,take it easy" philosophy,than it's high time to Extract the naturalism ideas from《Tao Te Ching》,for the sake of practical usage.The paper concludes with wider implications for future research in Naturalism management.
