Based On Design Knowledge And User Knowledge Of Humane Icaid System

As the preliminary study of the state's "tenth five-years" science and technology project, this paper mainly discusses the technology of humanization of the ICAID (Internet-based Computer Aided Industrial Design) system, and try to construct the ICAID system on the basis of humanization.First, from the point of view of Cognitive Psychology and Aesthetic Psychology, I study the cognitive process in the design behavior, and analysis the design knowledge and user knowledge during this behavior. Then on the basis of such researches, a design information framework (DIP) is constructed. In my point, the design information framework is an open system, and the construction of DIP is the foundation for realizing the humanization of ICAID system.Second, I summarize four aspect of a humanized ICAID: (1) Theory foundation梩he design information frame work based on the design knowledge and the user knowledge. (2) Humanized user interface. (3) Hardware environments in ICAID system. (4) User's feeling.In order to validate the conclusion, we make an experimentation of user mode and user interface of icaid.net. We invite 10 NC tools engineers to use ICAID.NET for designing. Everyone's protocal informations are record for protocal analysis.Last, on the basis of experimentation and analysis, I discuss some issues of the state's "tenth five-years" science and technology project, and do some case studies in icaid.net for user interface by using technology of virtual reality.
