Since Polanyi proposed his tacit knowledge theory for the first time in his "Personnel Knowledge" in 1958, it caused the vibration of the philosophy epistemology domain first. Some scholars thought it is "third Copernican revolutionizes" of epistemology domain after Descartes and Kant, and cause the complete "large reversal" for epistemology. Polanyi attempted to establish one kind brand-new "paradigm", and reestablish newly the possibility of the freedom, the order and the significance in society and life, thus demonstrated its thought the thoroughness and the revolutionarily, realized the Gestalt Switch.It already existed for the research on tacit knowledge as early as in that the "tacit knowledge" was be concept proposed by Polanyi as a concept. For example, there is a folk say like "Only may get an idea cannot say " in China. After this concept was proposed by Polanyi officially in 1958, the people then started to pay attention to it truly, and has formed so-called "four traditions", namely Phaenomenologie tradition, Hermeneutics tradition, later period Wittgenstein tradition and Polanyi tradition and so. Among them, the Norwegian philosopher Herald Grimen proposed "the strong or the weak tacit knowledge" concept, it has made the very good annotation for Polanyi's "tacit knowledge", the Polanyi's thought also caused not the small vibration on Japan and Taiwan in recent years.This article first guides "tacit knowledge" by researching epistemological turn and transformation of Epistemology, and discuss the in detail to all about "tacit knowledge, including the philosophy background,"the tacit knowledge theory"composition, the psychology foundation and the philosophy significance, but all of these are not the final goal of this article, what we are interested in that the working principle, philosophy significance, practical application and the development to the management science theory of the tacit knowledge Explicating.Next, we complete the "paradigm shift" for the research of tacit knowledge explicating question, and focus on knowledge management primarily instead of philosophy; and"tacit knowledge explicating question"instead of "the tacit knowledge". Then we talk over in detailed the tacit knowledge and its explicating, including the difference between the tacit knowledge and the explicate knowledge, the possibility for the tacit knowledge explicating, how to shift, shift way, and the influence factors and so on. In this process, we pay attention to the postmodern nature of the tacit knowledge frequently, it presents " culturality ", "contextuality" and "value". Polanyi's "Personnel Knowledge" is a book that towards a post-critical philosophy. Is precisely from this angle, we give "the cultural management" pattern for the management science theory a supplement explanation.
