The article is about the rational establishment of course structure of Russian majors in normal universities.This article is based upon the theory of course structure of Russian majors in normal universities as well as upon the Marxist philosophical thoughts and systematical theories. The theory consists of one basic theory, three fundamental principles and four relations, among which the kernel is the basic principle of system and relation. The key is the mastery of the whole function principle and the adoption of development and gradation principle. And the four relations are all through the theory, namely: the relation between Russian courses and general courses, the relation between Russian courses and education courses, the internal relations of Russian courses, and the relation between compulsory courses and optional courses.The article tries to develop the course structure from traditional, experienced, and scientific viewpoints.This article consists of the following 3 parts:1. Discussing the conclusion drawn from the course establishment and comparison of normal universities in different countries, and the introduction of normal university course structure establishment in US, Japan and Russia.2. The theoretical base of Russian course structure establishment. It explains the basic principle of course structure, and the relations between courses. It also tries to establish the theoretical frame.3. The assumption of course structure establishment for Russian majors in normal universities. Advance the education objective of Russian majors in normal universities discussion of the mark and expectation of course structure establishment for Russian majors in normal universities. It draws a course structure chart.The explanation of system and relation principle: Rational course structure can improve the development of Russian teaching, while irrational structure can delay and even block the development. Therefore this article makes an attempt to establish the course structure system through a new thought, that is to say: adjusting the proportion between the compulsory courses and optional courses. It follows the development principle, strengthens the general courses, optimizes Russian courses, stresses the teaching, enriches the education courses, and tries to raise new expectation of Russian course structure through the combination of theory and practice, thus realizing the training objective of Russian majors in normal universities.
