Four Acoustic Analysis And Applications

Through the briefings and case analyses of Traditional Analysis, Hindemith Analysis, Schenkerian Analysis, Allen Forte Set Analysis, this thesis is to compare differences in the theoretical basis, analytical steps and analytical results of the above four mentioned harmony analysis. It has probed the characters of the different harmony analysis and their different emphaisi on the focus will help to apply the analysis appropriately in the practice and reach the purpose of adopting relevant analysis according to different characters of harmony and different purposes of analysis.
