In modern history, Russia Siberia and the Far east area was important gathering place of the overseas Chinese.The population, which was only inferior to those of the South Ocean, amounted to tens of thousands of people .But, under the influence of the relationship between the China and the Soviet Union ,as well as the international situation in the North-East Asia, we have made little attention and study on the Russian overseas Chinese society, so that most of the historical facts have been covered with dust, In this article, I try to use some relative theories, such as, demography, sociology, the international immigrant study, and combine historical literature ,to analyze the general situation of the early Russian overseas Chinese history. By doing so, I want to provide reference for flourish the communication of China and Russia, as well as the overseas Chinese history.This article can be divided into 4 parts:Part 1: In this part, I try to discuss the form and distribution of the early overseas Chinese society in Russian Siberia and Far east area, which includes two parts: the historical backgrounds and the configuration of the immigration.Part 2: I narrate the historical evolvement of the overseas Chinese society in recent Russian history. It was the most miserable period, the time before the October Revolution(1910-1917).Part 3:1 narrate the instance of the overseas Chinese in the period of the new Soviet government, including the improvement .shrinking, and disappearance of the overseas Chinese society, which was 14 years before the October Revolution (1917-1931) .Part 4: In this part, I mainly discuss the contribution of the overseas Chinese to Russia and China, involving economy, technology, and culture , etc.
