After The War, Soviet Demolition Northeast Mining And Industrial Research

In the thesis, the issue about the Post-war Soviet military looting industry and mining industry in northeast China, and the other two interrelated issues, namely, Sino-Soviet economical cooperation issue and post-war international reparation consulting issue, all have been studied painstakingly based on the full and accurate historical materials and historical materialism. Through studying the looting, combined with the interests history development conditions in North-east China about Japan and Russia(Soviet), and combined with the background about the internal and foreign struggle situation, I reached to these theory views, namely, the looting was related with the interests seeking and conflict between Japan and Russia (Soviet); the looting was a serious economic, pillage behavior that made the northeast China's economic suffer devastating loss; the looting hindered the course of Chinese modernization seriously; the looting and seeking economic cooperation were the logic commencement and the initial manifestation.
