On the basis of the proposition that "all knowledge composes social elements", the knowledge sociology by strong creed has conducted the relative theory inference that "all the knowledge and truth are consulted". The proving process is based on the change of knowledge theory's topic, the denial of the truth that cross-cultural knowledge interchange exits, the confusion of the difference between knowledge and truth, and the assumption that cultural difference certainly would block the reason change. Therefore it is inconvincible. The main problem to the knowledge theory would be: why knowledge is definite meanwhile indefinite? It's not the only task for the knowledge theory to reveal the undefmitude of knowledge. For this reason, this paper present rules to understand the relationship of science & knowledge and the social elements, the features that knowledge has definitude and undefmitude. The four rules are:1. Knowledge and truth are not the same:2. Knowledge is influenced and restricted by the social culture elements, but the degree of the influence and restriction is varied by the variation of knowledge type;3. The knowledge's social culture features are reflected in every aspects of knowledge that can not be determined by the consequence of action. However, these social culture features do not block the path to common understanding among different cultural communities.4. As a community suitable behavioral model, cultures all have the elements of reason, which is the common ground of different cultures. Every irrational aspect that leads to the cultural difference can provide condition to rational knowledge.
