The thought of administrational ethics is a important component in Dengxiaoping theory, which is the scientific summary of Chinese Communist Party' s 50 years experience on governing in 20 century; the profound abstract of new era' s fruit in administrational ethics building ;the right assurance of international situation change unpredictably. Dengxiaoping inherited the views of Marx and Maozedong in his long-term administrational ethical practice, he also brought forth many new ideas, which made his thoughts take sharp in the end. Today, his administrational ethics thought still be enriched with our country ' s administrational practice, showing great theoretic vitality.This thesis makes a initial exploration for Dengxiaoping ' s administrational ethical thought, in the way of ethics visual angle , using dialectical materialism and integrating theory with practice, analyzing the thought forms, its historical position and practical significance, combing, summing up , inducing the ethical views dotted in his speech, writings, work and so on, in order to get the sequence of ideas.There are three parts in my thesis, first, I analyze the forming of Dengxiaoping ' s administrational ethical thought in the aspect such as theoretic origin and social conditions. Second, the main contents of his ethical thought are analyzed in the angle of moral view, moral standard system, moral mechanism and moral evaluate measure in administrational field. The third part pays close attention to the historical position and the practical significance of Dengxiaoping' s administrational ethical thought, laying emphasis on that Dengxiaoping' s administrational ethical thought is a opening theory, which still have important theoretic value and practical significance today.
