During the 60 years of Beijing People's Art Theatre and with great efforts from generations of people here,we created countless classical artworks,famous artists,and our own perform style,which is known as “People's Art School”.As the most famous theatre in China,successful position plays a critical or even vital role in its development.Beijing People's Art Theatre kept progressing and achieved its prodominance because of the proper positon of orgnization,purpose,art production and management.The author will take the successful example of Beijing People's Art Theatre,and explore the significance of the precise positon in its course of development.
