On The Unity Of The Development Of Productive Forces And Human Development

The theory of productivity is the basis for Marxism's Materialism, it plays a very important role in the system of the Marxism Philosophy. Marx found the key of society development and motility of social development .The theory of development of human being is another important issue in Marx's theories. The development of human being includes many issues, in which the ultimate one is the people's full-scale development through advancing people's general qualities. What on earth is the relation between the development of being and the development of productivity in the process of the society? We used to have a simple and unilateral view that everybody must follow a rational line to develop well as long as the economy and productivity progress in a high level. Consequently, some people in most time, subconsciously, view the development of the society as the progress in the aspect of productivity and in the other hand, they are used to ignore the development of human being. At the same time , there are still people talk about the development of human being with inanition ideas. They debase the fundamental role of the productivity and it exerts the final action. In the opinion of Marxism, scaling the progress the society includes two aspects: productivity and human being. From the whole process and trend of the development of society, the two is consistent. From the partial development of society, however, they are not only consistent but also differ; the society practice with endless progress form the fundament of the two scales. Consequently, we should give the attention to the development of the two sides and two scales in the social progress. When the development of the productivity and the human being turn to be unharmonious, we must initiatively harmony the relation between productivity and human being in the every aspect through all kinds of strength, only in this way can we harmony the two.This article contains three parts: the first part is the theory about the meanings of the development of productivity and human being, which mostly talks about the meaning of productivity and the condition and scale it must have in the progress; on the other hand, the part also talks about practical human being and its essence; about the meaning of development of human being and its scale. The second part is the theory about the harmonious between development of productivity and the development of human being in the whole current, which stress the development of productivity is precondition and element of the development of human being and the same time , compared with the former, the latter is end and essential condition. The third part is about the development of productivity and the human being still turn to be incomplete harmonious and countermeasures, in which mostly analyze the manifest of incomplete harmonious between the development of productivity and human being in the specific process of the history development and, at the same time, briefly search after the measure of promoting the harmonious of the both.
