Although the base of science is logic reason and experience, in activitiesof scientific creation, the function of the subjective factor to the scientific creation can't be neglected and denied. For example the scientist's scientific faith, religious affection, experience of the life produced from the practical reason. They " can guide to exceed the gap between experience and basic principle". Take Einstein as individual case, by a microcosmic research, from the scientific practice of Einstein, this thesis tries to study his scientific faith, religious affection and the relation of them. And hope it can provide reference to the study of the problem on original of science.This paper including four parts: the first part primarily studies the scientific faith of Einstein. Conviction of rationality and intelligibility of the objective world is not only the basic to comprehend essential character and rule of cosmos, but also his main motive of dedicating to scientific explore. The second part demonstrates the concrete thought principles by which he set up his scientific under the scientific faith. The clear disclose and complete explain of thought such as unify and simple owe to the effort of Einstein. The third part studies the relation of the religious affection to cosmos and scientific faith throw the analysis of Einstein's "religious affection to cosmos". The religious affection to cosmos was the source of his scientific faith, and it enhanced and supported his scientific faith. Both of them promote his scientific creation. The fourth part puts pan to scientific creativity, throw the analysis of intuition of intellect and free thinking to explain the non-logic way by which the basic principle was produced, and finally draws the conclusion that practical reason is in the first position to scientific creation.
