The Qing Dynasty Set Of Heilongjiang General History And Its Social Function

The area of northeast have special status in Qing Dynasty. As the hometown of Man Race , northeast was paid more attention by the emperor of Qing Dynasty,especially Shengjing area, followed is Heilongjiang area .But from the last years of Shunzhi emperor to the early years of Kangxi emperor Russia aggressed gradually.The northeast border,Heilongjiang area became the front.Furthermore with the Nibuchu treaty and the situation of Qing Dynasty,Heilongjiang General area shifted from outside to introversion in politics,became the most important power to defend Mongolia;besides the emperor looked the northeast area as the source of the Baqi troops for a long time .When the Han nationality come to Shengjing and Jilin more and more,and Control policy failed,Heilongjiang area became the last important place.So the area of Heilongjiang General always was the one of important areas since which was established.The first section narrated and argued the course that the emperor of Qing Dynasty enhanced the army building in the northeast border,namely Qing Dynasty set up the Northeast Three Generals because the Russia invaded and harassed more and more serious.There was direct relation between the Heilongjiang General setting and Russia aggression.The second section mainly probed into the in stitution that the Heilongjiang General and the area under its jurisdiction along with their functions.In politics followed the migration of the Heilongjiang General yamun,the politic status of the area shifted from defending the outer to controling the Mongolia;in military affairs of the system of kalun and patrol had lost the efficacy with the time running off ,though they had some functions in defending Russia;and the Baqi troops in this area were so poor that the defending in Heilongjiang area was existing in name only;in economy .though the development of land in this area ,yet it's difficult to shake off the attached standing,so the Heilongjiang area is poorer than inland .The third section analysed the reasons about the Heilongjiang General dissolved.It was must do in the sitution of the latter Qing Dynasty according the outer and the internal affairs.The last section analysed the position and the useage of Heilongjiang General.In subjective it satisfied the need of Qing Dynasty; but from the long benefit it was just the cause that led to lose Northeast area in later Qing Dynasty and why it was so poor.
