A Study Of Heilongjiang Generals In The Qing Dynasty

After the military of Qing went in the inland,areas were facing a military threat from all sides in Mainland and border,in order to ensure the stability of the regime,Qing Dynasty located throughout the garrison generals,in the external forces,Russia became the significant risks of the northern border of Qing Dynasty,so,the established Heilongjiang General is in response to the Russian invasion.Since Kangxi twenty-two year(1683),Sabrina Su as the first General Heilongjiang to Guangxu thirty-two year(1906)Heilongjiang region dismissed generals and located province,it had two hundred twenty-three years,during which it set the sixty-four Generals altogether.As the region's highest military Chief Executive,Heilongjiang General construction of Heilongjiang place to play a pivotal role,due to its frontier,different functions with the mainland,especially for minority management and Russia speaking,it had a certain degree of particularity.In this connection,the paper is divided into six chapters,from the establishment of generals to annul and comprehend the Heilongjiang General shoulders functions,we made the specific analysis,hoped to recognize the Heilongjiang military,political and economic conditions.The chapters(first,second and sixth)introduced situation in the Heilongjiang region before the stablishment of the general,generals from the establishment to the abolition of the process,the other chapters(Three,four,five)Specifically analyzed development of the Heilongjiang region from the functions of the generals,the local military organizations and relations with Russia.This paper argues that the General Heilongjiang presence as the Qing government management of the highest office of the Heilongjiang region,its significance lies not only set to manage local military and civilian,more importantly,as the northern part of the defense system of the Qing Dynasty,played the role of the fan guard barrier,so that the Heilongjiang the general's military status is particularly prominent.But aftert he military Qing China influx Heilongjiang region,the General's Functions was greatly weakened,and also be ruled out in the end.
