The thesis is mainly discussing the pang and bother of Su-shi's. This kind of pain is inevitably and nowhere to escape. We try to point out the sources and manifestations of Su-shi's pang.Su-shi's pang of life comes from many facets. Firstly, it origins in Su-shi's consciousness of freedom and Su-shi's experience of the hardships and pains of life. Secondly, Su-shi's ideal and ambition can't come true is another factor. Thirdly, the part with relatives and friends, the sentiment of time, the lamentation of old age, etc, all these are related to Su-shi's pain.The thesis also concentrates on the transcendence of many kinds of tribulations for Su-shi. Su-shi disregarded the dangerous storm in official career and adapted to the predestined relationship and along with fortune in the face of being demoted and exiled in virtue of thoughts of Buddhism and Laozi. His transposition considerations and the changing the point of view make Su-shi catch sight of the goodliness of the life. To be in harmony with nature and his enjoyment of landscape and scene and his writings alleviated his bother of earthliness, then he had found an approach of extrication. When Su-shi has transcended his pain of life he gain a kind of extrication. Then he could make the best of things and reach a bourn of fitting himself.The end of this thesis analyzes several characteristics of Su-shi's sight of walk, in the same time probes into the foundations of these thoughts.
