On The Basis Of Social Equity And Its Construction

Social equity is an indicator of healthy community development, the issue of social equity is of critical reality importance.This article analyses it in a comprehensive way.Firstly,it backdates the category of social equity ,then points out that social equity is historical and specific category ,there is different intension in different period.Social equity is a guidance and transcendence of ideal "ought to be "to reality "be" ,it is criterion of judging the system morality and reasonableness in the country ,to evaluate the conduct's property of people must rest on it ,the distribution of right and obligation constitutes the subject of social equity,social equity aims at remaining social stability and order through the equilibrium and reasonableness of the relation among people. Secondly the article points out that social equity derives from the need of people,it's objective basis lies in the need of protecting life .settling down the conflict and coordinating the profit ,that human being is sentimentally attached to oneself is it's subjective basis.Finally the article indicates that constitution of social equity should start from two ways:one is the design of system and institution;two is social morality construction.
