The issue of freedom has always been a perpetual problem in the philosophy history. From ancient times till now, thousands of philosophers have discussed it, who have built two roads on this issue, namely, episternological freedom idea and ontological freedom idea. The former thought that freedom lied in obeying necessity, the latter regarded freedom as the opposite of necessity and freedom came from rebelling against or exceeding necessity. However, they are all unilateral understanding of freedom and are not real freedom. On the premise of summarizing pioneers' freedom ideas, Marx integrated the two through activities of practice and formed his own practice freedom idea, which provided the theoretical basis and pointed out a real road for human being to achieve and realize their freedom and liberation.
