I focus my thoughts on Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus in this essay, which is the representative of earlier philosophy of Wittgenstein. What's the reason for so many differences between Wittgenstein I and Wittgensten II -this question stimulates me to write something on this topic. It means that both earlier philosophy of Wittgenstein and later philosophy of Wittgenstein should be included in this essay. However, as a result of the restriction of my theoretical knowledge and the difficulties on understanding the works of Wittgenstein, I am determined to find possible answer to this question from Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus.Asking what the basic proposition is and why basic proposition is the foundation of Wittgenstein's prepositional theory, I consider it as the remarkable feature in Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus that all the reasons just lie inside object rather than beyond object. Moreover, I show the differences existing in Frege's, Russell's and Wittgenstein's theory by discussing some particular problems, such as Russell's paradox, interpretation about quantifier, identity and definition of number. Drawing lessons from other people's achievement on the study of Wittgenstein, which described theoretical difficulties recognized later by Wittgenstein , I conclude that difficulties Wittgenstein met with in his earlier philosophy, the same as difficulties in earlier Analytic Philosophy, arise from the tendency of logicism and empiricalism. In the latter part of this essay, I state viewpoints I support which derive from intuitionistic logic, ie. theory is constructed. So , the reason for Wittgenstein I to Wittgensten II is constructed too.
