Based on the consideration of these problems such as the rapid development of modern tourism, the preservation and exploitation of the national documents and the relation between them, my study about the thesis is began in order to find a new idea about how to preserve and exploit the national documents.There is a very closure relationship between the national documents and cultural tourism. Along with the violent development of economic and science, tourism is growing very quickly. The great worldly development in tourism bring us new challenges and new chances. We can take it as a good chance for the resolution about how to preserve and exploit the national documents. From the perspective of psychological analysis about tourists, we can observe it clearly that the culture in the national documents is very important for tourism. The reasonable use of the national documents will benefit to result many problem brought by tourism such as how to satisfy the need of tourists, how to adjust the relationship among people groups and how to keep the cultural balance in the tourism region.There are many nationalities in our country. They live together and create their characteristic cultures, which are communicated between the peoples. According to this, the national documents, as a cultural carrier of nationalities, are abundant and wealthy too. Beginning from the perspective of how to define the culture in the national documents, my thesis discuss the preservation and study of national documents and how to realize the wealth of them and make them utilitarian in the development of tourism.Based on the full explanation of the background knowledge, the theory of preservation and exploitation are discussed. If it is viewed as things contacting with each, preservation and exploitation are the both sides of a whole organic body. So the theoretic discussion have the core of how to realize the sustainable development in tourism, and include these aspects such as cultural conflict and its resolution, the methods and principle of preservation and exploitation in national documents, the domestic and international regulations about national culture and so on. Then give some pieces of useful advice about the preservation and exploitation of national documents. After theoretic discussion, two examples about tourism development are given to sustain the theory.Several academic methods are used in the thesis to study the culture in national documents and its use in tourism. At last, the conclusion are drawn that we must realize the importance of preservation and reasonable exploitation of national documents and satisfy the need of tourism market in a manner which will develop the tourism in national region in a sustainable style.
