Glimpse Of Choral Art In The Course Of Development

Chorus has been one of the cultural activities which people love and participate nowadays in China. From its first being introduced from the west to China till now, this art has experienced history of development for nearly one hundred. In the one hundred years, Chinese chorus go a special way different from other countries or nations. Based on this reason, in this paper, I conclude chorus' developing history in China, and express some personnel view, as to let more people who are engaged in or love chorus know the general developing sketch of chorus.This paper is composed of index, text and tag. The index states the importance of academic guidance for Chinese chorus art development. The text is divided into three chapters: the first chapter reviews the developing history or chorus from it was first introduced from the West to China; the second chapter introduces fast and frustrate developing sketch of China chorus art from 1949 to 1976. The third chapter states the new developing of China chorus from 1976 till now. In the end, the tag states some personnel view of nowadays chorus and presents the objective of this paper, hoping to use this paper as a guide, let more people take the advantage of the epoch that social economy and culture develop fast, to discuss and study chorus art extensively, and promote its theory and practice developing.During the three years postgraduate study, I have studied and engaged in the chorus art, and I learned chorus and direct, read a lot of relative books, and visited some experts and music teachers of elementary and high schools. I also have participated in dry runs of diversified glee clubs, experienced travails and pleasure of chorus art. Based on these, I enrich my knowledge and amend my view when I write this paper. I sincerely hope that the historical facts listed in this paper and my viewpoints can get more comments and guidance by every experts and teachers.
