The Development Of China's Cultural Industry, Cultural Trade

In the field of the whole word, Cultural Trade, one new trading form, is gradually covering every country, and the result is certainly the development of Cultural Industry. It is noticeable that Cultural Trade is different with other trading forms, Cultural Industry different with other industries. Above all, the demand produced from their objects of exchange is spiritual, not material, with which such problems as Ideology and National Cultural Sovereignty are created. So, although now Cultural Trade merely accounts for a few shares, it still can attract enough attentions. For all above mentioned reasons, the writer wrote the paper, and hope that readers can generally know about the international position, and on it can be aware that there are many problems to be improved. The dissertation, according to one rule "trading structure is up to industry structure", firstly lists the reasons why Cultural Trade happened and background of the protection of Cultural Trade. Secondly, it studies the developing condition of the world Cultural Industry, especially the protection of Intellectual Property and Ideology Difference. Finally, the writer puts forward some suggestions to improve the domestic Cultural Industy.
