As the fourth force in the field of psychotherapy and counseling, the family therapy rose out and developed quickly in the seventy years. But, in China, it is just in the recently years that people became interested in it. The family therapy renders a new frame which focus on the critical role of the interaction in family system in understanding and treating people's symptoms or problems rather than individual's inner conflict or personality. It is a significant change of thinking style, which is from individual to systemic, from linear to circular. Now, more and more counselors and therapists begin to use family therapy approach and it is thought of as a Professional Symbol that whether can use this approach or not.Obsessive-compulsive disorder is a familiar anxiety mental obstacle and is one of problems that affect the mental well-being of the middle school students. Psychologists have got great fruits in how it happens, develops and how to make diagnose from psychology to physiology. However, in the most of these studies, clinic samples were the research objects. In non-clinic samples and the family factors, there was very few of papers.The research wants to find out the status quo of the patients of OCDs in the middle school students in the Zhujiang delta in Guangdong province, and attempts to carry out the family therapy to the patients.The research conclusions of this paper are:1) There are 52 students who measure up to the high score of the YBOCS, the rate is 7.9%. The male students' rate is 8.5%, the female students' rate is 8.7%.2) In the research, OCD team and the normal one have no remarkable difference in the gender. The highest rate in the grade is first grade, and the lowest one is third grade.3) The conclusion of the paper show, the two teams have no difference in the other family factors such as the number, the economy, the situation of family, the educational level of parents, the occupation, singleton or not, the relationship of parents, et al.4) The score of YBOCS is affected strongly by Role and the Achievement Orientation, what is different from the result of the other papers in our country. On the basis of the result of the paper, we can attempt to adjust the characteristics of the OCD's family.On the basis of the conclusions, the process of a patient of OCD is reported to illustrate the particular technique and effect of the systemic family therapy.
