The TV animation, on the one, hand belongs to the intellectual and artistic products, thus possesses infinite commicational effect. On the other hand, it has commodity value, cause there exists a huge market around the TV animation and the related commodities.The double-attribute of the TV animation is positively regarded and intensively studyed in some countries, such as in the am erica and in the Japan. The TV animation industry and its market develop more and more mature, furthmore, take up the absolute advatages in the globle. The Chinese TV animation appeared in the 1970's, and in the long following period people did not make much of systematic and scientific research. The Chinese TV animation lagged behind the mentioned countries. This thesis puts forwards some individual opinions and perspectives.This thesis firstly presents the history and the inherited traditions of the Chinese TV animation, and then exploits and explains the present barriers and the sufficient space for the future development. Finally, drawing on the successful experience of other nations, this thesis recommends the following three genera] ideas.1. To subdivide the audience and to grade all TV animations in order to draw more people's interest.2. To inherit, to persist in and to enrich the Chinese characteristics in the animation field, by concerning the mutal and universal things of different nationalities.3. To exploit the post-TV animation market to promote the TV animation-relating commodities, by the virture of integrating and cooperating with other media and industries.
