The Confucianism value of life was established and had the systems of thought of the system during pre-qin Dynasty. It had many actively important functions for the formation and developments of the big family to the Chinese nation, for formation and development of the tradition cultural. The value of life of pre-qin Dynasty's Confucianism makes it put together with the request the socialism market economy, taking Marxism as to guide, so that it becomes the part under the socialism economy condition morals civilization of organic constitute. The Confucianism had a process of development, among which the Confucianism value of life during pre-qin Dynasty carried on the deep thinking with aggressive attitude to the life and to the matter of life and death. It has the profound influence to Chinese cultures of 2,000 years, still has important realistic meaning up to now. Now many people from angles carry on the research towards the life value of the Confucianism. Under such background, the pre-qin Dynasty's Confucianism gradually formed the value of life that embodied times trait and oneself characteristics. The characteristics of the value of life of pre-qin Dynasty's Confucianism mainly had the concept of humanism; the life ideal of the morals; the behavior principle of the golden mean; conducting attitude of insisting principle.The second part inquires into the contents about the value of life of pre-qin Dynasty's Confucianism. This thesis is analyzed from the value of life and death and the value of human life.The value of life and death of pre-qin Dynasty's Confucianism is carried on study from three aspects. The pre-qin Dynasty's Confucianism put the "gas" as the original material actions and constitutes the life, and thought living or dying are as natural process. Because of the social turbulence, the people's life safety usually can not be guaranteed. So cherishing and respecting the life become the pre-qin Dynasty's Confucianism basic attitude to the life. The pre-qin Dynasty's Confucianism was very careful to the choice with the life and death. Only when the life and moral values made the conflict, and people must make the choice, the pre-qin Dynasty's Confucianism claimed to "die for principle".The value of human life of pre-qin Dynasty's Confucianism is carried on the study from three aspects.
