In China, the minority areas are extremely rich in the cultural resources of tea, but so far, its development is still unsatisfying, and researches in this field is not wide and deep enough as well. This paper is mainly focus on the great significance to study how to help the tea industry in the minority areas in China with approaches of field work, culture relativity theory and holism. Hopefully, this research work can supplement the study of minority as well as humanity. Meanwhile, hopefully cultures the work can provide more scientific evidence for the development of minority tea culture industry.The paper consists of six chapters: Chapter one mainly concerns the introduction of tea culture and the tea culture industry in the Chinese minority areas. Such as the primitive way of tea-making and tea-drinking customs in the minority area in Guizhou Province of China, and the famous three-course tea service in Bai minority in Yunnan Province as well as the conditions of tea industry in this area.Chapter two focuses on the analysis of the problem which exist in their tea culture industry, including unfavorable location, inconvenient traffic conditions, the relatively undeveloped economy, lack of understanding in the important role of tea culture creativity, and lack of talented people in this field as well, as it does in the case of certain tea industries in the Enshi Tujia Minority Autonomy and the Miao Minority Autonomy in Hubei province of China.Chapter three concerns the research in the rich tea cultural resources, such as the excellent natural environment, diversified enological forms, and the colorful native culture.Chapter four focuses on the significance of a creative tea industry culture in the minority areas by introducing the importance of cultural...
