In recent years, under the drive of science and technology innovation, the scientific technology is developing at an amazing speed, and the development of economy and society has an air of prosperity. As a sunrise industry, the culture industry is considered as the promising industry, and it exert a great influence on the world market. Different from the traditional culture industry, the modern culture industry is supported by high-tech. It combined all kinds of information technology, and constituted a new cultural production and consumption patterns. And the digitalization and the informatization have become a new symbol of modern culture industry. The cultural industry is an emerging industry. Technology and culture The interinfiltration and integration of technology and cultural is of great significance on the development of cultural industry. The government, the enterprise and the academia has attached highlight on the promotion of culture and scientific, which requests the combination of culture and technology.This paper is based on the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign scholars on the fusion development of cultural industry and the theory of cultural industry studies. It selected 15 affecting factors, and carries on the quantification analysis, which points out that at the expedited development of the cultural industry of Liaoning province. Although there maybe some problems can not be ignored, such as the unreasonable of cultural industry, the reserve level of science and technology is not high, the backward technology and equipment, and the low cultural science and technology achievements conversion rate. And this paper has compared the cultural science and technology integration process to prove the reliability of the empirical results. Finally, according to the analysis results, it puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the improving of the integration of Liaoning province, which can improve the integration of Liaoning province and even the country’s cultural industry development.
