The Republic of China (in 1930 -1940) under the internal disorder and foreign invasions situation, the central authority and Tibet's relations were quite complex, and are focal point which the academic circles paid attention. In June, 1930 erupted the third Tibet dispute then has fully manifested this kind of complex relations, so this time it provided the appropriate illustration for us to relate both sides.This article takes the third Tibet dispute as the example analysis at that time central authority and the Tibet place relations. Revolving the dispute of the eruption, the dispute development as well as the central attitudes in processing dispute, we could speculate on this time central authority and in the Tibet place relations aspects, and summarized the experience lesson in governing Tibet.The full text altogether divides into three parts:The first part is the introduction, and is in detail elaborated the selected topic goal and the significance, introduced the related important research results.The second part divides into three chapters, and is key point which this article must discuss.
