The Republic of China (in 1930 -1940) under the internal disorder and foreign invasions situation, the central authority and Tibet's relations were quite complex, and are focal point which the academic circles paid attention. In June, 1930 erupted the third Tibet dispute then has fully manifested this kind of complex relations, so this time it provided the appropriate illustration for us to relate both sides.This article takes the third Tibet dispute as the example analysis at that time central authority and the Tibet place relations.
