In the course of its centuries of historical development,the Qing dynasty wrote a lot of methods in the feudal political system,culture and ethnic relations,and so on.From the perspective of this research,it is of great value to study the governance of the central government in the early Qing Dynasty.The governance of Tibet in the early Qing Dynasty experienced the indirect management of Tibet with the help of the Mongolian princes and the direct control of the Manchu regime.At the same time,the Qing regime was more effective in the administration of Tibet.The measures involve political,military,administrative and many other aspects,each of these is to strengthen the effective management of the local comprehensive consideration.The second part of this paper is from the perspective of political and religious discussion of the Qing government on the evolution of governance in Tibet.With the social situation changes,the Tibetan region in the political and military gradually appeared new changes.“Everything has its start and end”,in order to study the Qing dynasty of Tibet's governance,we should focus on the political contact between Manchu and Tibet.At the end of the Ming dynasty,the Manchu regime and the Tibetan local leaders were far-sighted and sent the mission to make the initial political contacts.In the ensuing contact,the Tibetan place gradually accepted the leadership position of the Qing central government.The third part of this paper is to analyze the evolution of the administrative mode of the Qing government in Tibet from the perspective of administrative management.In order to adapt to changes in Tibet,the Qing government has set up Galen,until the establishment of the status of the minister in the establishment.Since then,the Buddhist leaders led the Tibetan local affairs,while the Tibetan minister to supervise him,and be responsible for the central authorities.This system has been legalized.The fourth part of this paper is to analyze and study the Qing government's military system in Tibet.To this end,the Qing government have the soldiers left who escorted the Dalit VI and make it as a local garrison.After this,even though the Tibetan garrison changed,the number of troops,the preparation and this measure gradually be established,and continue to the late Qing Dynasty.At the beginning of the Qing Dynasty,the way of governance in Tibet is complicated,political measures and administrative measures is adopted throughout,and military,economic and other measures is also adopted.If we make the analysis from historical development,it is more complex.If we stripped these away,the node is clear and clear.All in all,the Qing Dynasty took a lot of measures to the Tibet place,according to local conditions,due to the time,and the measures achieved good effect,and play an important role towards the unification of the multi-ethnic countries.
