Students Perfectionist Self-esteem, Interpersonal Sensitivity And Depression Impact

Based on the introduction to the history and current development of perfectionism research, the present study chose three variables that perfectionism influences mostly to examine. They are interpersonal sensitivity, self-esteem and depression. The present study examined the relation among above three variables and the relation between them and perfectionism by using Structual Equation Model (SEM) technology. The findings revealed that perfectionism predicted depression; perfectionism was not stable predictor of interpersonal sensitivity; and perfectionism was not stable predictor of self-esteem; Furthermore, self-esteem predicted depression; last, interpersonal sensitivity factor was not stable predictor.
