This thesis takes the research object on Hanyuan Collection which was written by the ancient times archives master Lu Zhi. The author from the archives creation primary intention expression, the writing skill, the format characteristic three basic essential factors, by spot to the surface, conducts the research from the shallow to the deep.Lu Zhi's archives' primary intention is deep and broad, and it's content is abundant, involves all kinds of social life, such as politics, economy, military, diplomacy and ect. His archives mostly realized the practiclal value. Lu Zhi's archives, which are mostly his letters to the emperor, fully manifested it's format characteristic and practical value. In addition, Lu Zhi's archives is famous for the antithetical and rhythmical writing creation. He carried on the innovation to the antithetical and rhythmical writing, pushing the antithetical and rhythmical style archives creation to the climax, and his archives became the most outstanding representative of the antithetical and phythmical writing of Tang Dynasty. The author attempts from these three angles to carry on the elaboration, summarizes the characteristic of Lu Zhi archives' primary intention expression, the writing skill of his letters to the emperor and the the format characteristic of the antithetical and rhythmical style archives, finally deduces the important status and profound influence of Lu Zhi's archives in the archives history and the official document history.
