The thesis focuses on the description for parts of speech. The conclusion in the thesis that Liulin dialect and Putonghua can't simply be generalized as "more similarities and less difference" is based on the comparisons and analysises for Liulin dialect and Putonghua. There are plenty of differences in many ways between Liulin dialect and Putonghua including wording forms. For example, in Liulin dialect, "Ge", functionally speaking, can make up into noun, verb, adjective, numeral, measurewords, pronoun, adverb, preposition,c onjunction, auxiliary word, interjection , and wording speaking, "Ge" can be put in the beginning, end and middle of the words, which are not found in Putonghua. For another example, in Liulin dialect, the numeral "San, Si and Wu"can repeated as "Sansan, Sisi and Wuwu" to mean people's name or their seniority among brothers and sisters. The similar wording form can't be found in Putonghua, too. Many differences like these are worth more detailed researches.
