Document Language Vivid Way

This paper aims at discussing the problem of vividness in the writing of official documents and probing into the way of achieving it from the angle of theory. It expounds the importance of achieving vividness in writing official documents systematically, deeply and completely in theory.It also puts forward the study methods including documentary study, concept analysis, difference analysis and induction etc. This paper studies and probes into the vividness problem combining theory with practice in official document writing.This paper adopts the opinions of our predecessors, analyses the purpose and significance of the vividness in the writing of official documents theoretically, (?)inally a conclusion has been made that of(?)icial documents should be and can be written vividly on condition that the basic characteristics of official documents are kept according to different contexts, purposes as well as the needs for the necessary expressions in different cases.
