Niu Xiu Gu Left "study

Niu Xiu, came from Wujiang in Jiangsu Province. He was a very important writer at the beginning of the Qing Dynasty. He has created so many works in his life. Among them the literary style novel Gu sheng and the poem anthology Lin Ye Tang Ji have been handed down for generations. My paper divides into two parts, In the first half part of the paper all together has four chapters: First chapter mainly about the Niu Xiu's family backgrounds,his date of birth, his works and his office times. These research may fill the academic blanks. It is helpful to change the former wrong viewpoint which people had once, corrected the faults and omissions. Points out Niu xiu's life condition: Although the destiny was rough, but he still persevered the principle. Though very poor he was, Niu xiu had the personal integrity actually. Served as a good official he scrupulously follows incorruptiblily.To the literary style novel Gu sheng, it has outlined the naming reason, the creation goal, the book in circulation process, the writer experience and the creation and so on. According to my research the characters and events of Gu sheng all have the historical evidence origin. Second chapter is about Gu sheng's ideological and content research. For the losed people's high character and integrity, Niu xiu gave the strong approval. Sympathized with the feminine unfortunate destiny, commends the official's good conduct and moral excellence. Attacks official's corruption behavior, Praised the knight magnanimous act, exposited buddhist degenerate. These was the visualized explanation of that time's politics, economical, cultural and the psychological. Third chapter is about Gu sheng's artistic research. The overall style of Gu sheng is "you yan qi dong", the Literature style of legendary, the Literature style of strange or supernatural, the Literature style of anecdote.
