This text was divided into five parts to describe. The first part of this text mainly discussed about Si Mayi, who was a famous statesman, strategist and anspirator during the period of Three-State. He was the founder of West Jin Dynasty, too. The system of army reclamation in Wei Dynasty was first put forward and founded by Si Mayi. He founded the two big army reclamation bases in Shang Gui and the Huai River valley. They had not only reduced the people's burden in handing in grain for the army and conscript labour which was taken in transporting them greatly, but also provided material conditions for the later Central Dynasty to gobble up Shu Dynasty and Wu Dynasty. Si Mayi took part in and commanded many wars, who was perfectly familiar with the regulars of wars. He could conquer the enemy and win victory in great majority wars he commanded. Si Mayi was well-known as circumspect and far-seeing, who was good at strategy. Si Mayi's most biggest stragety was to found these two army reclamation bases that mentioned above, which took him more than ten years.What policy did Cao Shuang perform during he took charge of the government of Wei Dynasty? What effect did these policies make to Wei Dynasty court? The second part of this text answered the above questions. In 244, Cao Shuang moved troops to attack Shu Dynasty and failed eventually. Why? I thought that it contributed to Jiang Wan and Fei Yi united and dealed with the state affairs properly when they were in power in Shu Dynasty. It was very difficult for a prominent general to eliminate Shu Dynasty with natural barrier, let alone Cao Shuang and Xia Houxuan who were lack of military ability. They were bound to fail. During Cao Shuang were in power, he became corrupt and failed in attaching Shu Dynasty, his innovation was in a complete mess.This was because that the key figures of Cao Shuang Group were not of good capability and lack of political foreseeing.
