| Many scholars start to research on Zhouyi (the Book of Changes) and Modern Management of late years. By reviewing the achievements, we find that it's mostly based on the academic part of Zhouyi, especially in Yizhuan to expatiate on the management idea. The author tries to research on this subject mainly from the image and number of Zhouyi.According to Qian Zhuo Du, "the first yao is scholar, the second yao is officer, the third yao is minister, the forth yao is leud, the fifth yao is king, and the top yao is shrine", gua (divinatory symbol) is put into a corporation and every yao is corresponding to a department or layer of corporation. Then the author gives every yao a certain meaning in corporation management and constructs a management system of divinatory symbol image, then by using this system takes Zhun and Meng as examples to open up the study on image and number of Zhouyi and management.Zhun and Meng are the two behind Qian and Kun in sixty-four divinatory symbol. An Interpretation of the Sixty-four Gua says that, "All things were produced after heaven and earth; all things exist between heaven and earth. Qian is heaven and Kun is earth, therefore, after Qian and Kun it comes Zhun. Zhun means filling up and the beginning of all things. All new-born things are ignorant and live in the period of enlightenment; therefore, Meng comes after Zhun." So Zhun and Meng both are the beginning time divinatory symbol and the management idea of them is about first phase in corporation developing.With Zhouyi Ji Jie and Zhouyi Zhe Zhong as literature background and the management system of divinatory symbol image as method, the author analyze the interpretations of Zhun and Meng, and educes that Zhun is the management mode of difficult carving out and Meng is the management mode of business civilization building up. |
